Hi! I’m Dom!
I’m ZipFit’s resident health coach. Yee.
I’m a ballerina-turned-tech person-turned-wellness coach and entrepreneur.
The ballerina thing is what kicked off my interest in health and instilled an appreciation for discipline, technique, and body control and awareness.
The tech thing is what happened by going to Stanford. Not my calling, I must admit, but after working as a technical program manager for like 9 years, I became pretty kick-ass at optimizing things and just generally getting hard shit done.
And then eventually I was like wait okay so I get straight up giddy when I can talk to people about health stuff and I make exercise plans for fun. So maybe let's just do that. And so I became a health coach, personal trainer, and all around wellness nerd—errr, professional.

What I can do for you
You’re here to get healthier (presumably), but navigating the health terrain can be confusing, overwhelming, and disheartening (#sadtimes). But we don't want more sadtimes. My job is to simplify this whole thing and support you along the way. So that you can go off and live your best life, you beautiful butterfly, you.
